@ Hairster: Thank you! Truth be told I'm not sure how I'm going to tackle the OSL yet, I have the image of what I want in my mind, now just have to figured out how to make it happen with all the techniques I'm learning from everyone. ;P
@ Octavian: Your right about the tonal variations and contrast, I look at the rocks on the body as having finally reached the base color I want, so now its time to start layer the details into it to make it pop. As for the dragon I plan on getting some work done on it tonight after work, been so busy with life that its hard to find more then an hour here or there to work, and I want a decent chunk of time (especially since this is my first time doing such a large base) so I can really focus on how I want the base to look, make it happen, and push through the final stretch to get it done.
