I\'ll give you a comment anyway. The paint job is fairly clean. Not so sure about the color selection but I dont know much about eldar. If you based them you may pick up a point. You should try painting the gems as gems it would really help the mini and its only three colors so its not hard to do. NOt bad for table quality tho.

the farseer looks like he had his face carved off ???
Go back and paint the area between the gold ribs a different/darker color (a wash or ink would work well here) and darkline the inside of the lapel where the gold spilled out. (neat and tidy.) Finally something needs to happen on the back of his head where it is a large red lump. a bit of darklining or a dark red wash would help bring out the details there.
don\'t feel bad, I thought I was pretty good until I posted my first pic up on my screen. Coulda swore someone stole my mini. lol
The larger wraitlords need just a bit of work on the bases and they would be \"tabletop\".
Finally - photography. The farseer was shot under incandesent (yellow) light against a yellow/orange wall. Ouch. Use the light correction on your camera or software. See my sig for a link to a diffuser and a blue/white fade background that you can print out.
The wraiths were shot from too high. A bit lower angle would help.
