Yes, it IS peanut butter, it makes a wonderful temporary base. lol
They come with little prongs (pins) on the feet, instead of slots. The bases that come with them do not have holes already so you can drill your own and position them however you want. To me this is an excellent solution, since I rarely use stock bases. The girl toward the back has wings that I haven\'t attached, and she came already mounted. The two larger figures also came pre-based. I will try to get a better shot of the entire set later, but I\'m home from lunch now and the wife wants to kill me for going on the computer.
