Crap, the picture opened slow and I saw the eye and thought you were showing us a picture of a real animals eyes...the the strap opened up and I realized this was your painted toad. Wow...photo realistic. Love it.

Nice skin tones on the monk. I've always wanted to paint the toad boy must pick one up sometime.

Thanks krul and darth. Andy you should pick it up, really like it. I am a little undecided if I should do some tattoos on the chin area since it is quite big and "white" at the moment....

He is pretty cool, I like toad too. Great tones on the monk too. A little more saturation around the eye, the pink could be stronger on places in the shadows.

Kretcher... once upon a time... a long long time ago... you painted one of the Malifaux crew models for Kirai. Did you ever actually paint Kirai?
If you did, and can remember, could you PM me any hint of remembrance of paint you may have used? Trying to collect some for my wife and her beginning in the hobby...
If you didn't... no harm, no foul and this can be edited away where I say the following:

"Love those skin tones! And pretty cool how the frog is developing!"

And this is also when I remember you were doing Shenlong and now I will be afraid to work on him for my WIP. Guess I'll start with some good ol' peasants first!

Ben busy with summer and family for a while, but the weekend that was I attended one painting class with Roman from Massiv vodoo. Really cool guy and also his sidekick Peter was there :) enjoyed spending time painting in the course and very good teachers. (both of them) (sorry Roman have to tell the truth here about Peter, he is not so bad that you say ;) )

I couldn´t finish the figure but still a lot was done on a short time and very intensive days where we spent around 14 to 15 hours per day except friday since we started around 18.00 that day. Thanks to that Arvika at the same time had an music festival, with a lot of people partying all night long, the short sleep that some of us could have had was made even shorter.

Still everyone had a blast and a lot of fun.

Here are some pictures of what I did. Will post some more photos later on other peoples result to perhaps give inspiration to you all.

Woohoo, I love how mine is exactly in the middle of the shot!

Yeah, I went there too, a really long drive but very much worth it. Cool to meet Kretcher IRL too.
