Love the miniature you have chosen, quite a polite (and still sexy) lady. Let us know when you start working on it/her ^^

Tried out my airbrush a little bit more today with help from Andreas a friend that has used airbrush for a long time. Slowly getting more control but still so much to learn. At the moment mostly able to do sketching of colours, still having problems in which order to put down colours and get the right transparency between colours and how to get correct flow of color onto the figure...

Despite your troubles getting the AB to work (I did actually buy a really cheap one from a lady in my neighborhood, but have yet to even try it out), it looks like you'll have some really interesting light effects to work with when you get in there with a brush.

Yes I will, at the moment I think I could have achiuved this faster with a brush :) but it is fun to try and learn new things, and as always I need more practice to get better at it.

I got my airbrush about 3 or 4 years ago, and still have yet to use it. The sad thing is that its even set up to use lol.

Know the feeling Digga, just start using it...

I am kind of forced to, going to a painting course with Jesus Martin next weekend and a prerequisite is to bring your own airbrush, so It should be nice to be able to use it a little bit also.

Been to a course with Jesus Martin from Nocturna models, we got to paint a new bust that will be released at beginning of February if everything goes as planed. I am very happy with the result so far, It will have wings on the back, will take more pictures later. Will fix the eye a little bit better in the future.

We used very few colors and it is a monochrome color choice.

Makes me think of Luis Royo illustrations. Beautiful.

Wow, that was on the tip of my tongue but wouldn't come off! Thank you! :D

That's some great monotoning right there, you should become a Bond villain. Oh, wait, different verb, never mind.

Actually i think it is Luis Royo that made the illustration for this mini from the beginning, he works closely with Nocturna models I think.
