Ah, you\'re a man of taste and discernment, I see we\'re goin to make great neighbours. And the best things about cheerleaders is that they are totally indestructable - I saw it on a documentary the other night - so no need to worry about the trampolines flounting health and safety regs.

We have just about everything. Here\'s the list, your drink and a big bag of rinds (scratchings). I have flavored ones if you\'d prefer them. The BBQ are really good, actually.
