I would have no qualms about labelling something I sell as pro-painted. I am not a professional painter, nor an amazing one and I have been on this site long enough to know a good standard, I know who the true "pros" are and I know how far off I am from it. so I would probably use the phrase "painted to a good standard" in the description itself. But business is business. My main concern in the business side of painting is customers appreciating the time taken by those who do sell their stuff and not to bemoan paying a fair price for the work they receive. I am sure many do realise this fact but I am equally sure that there are many who have no clue and just want cheap, cheap, cheap...
