Don't have an account over there, "yes, but no more $10 survivors".

The game is fun and rich with variety. Feeling a bit of survivor bloat though, don't need more - and not resolved that a $10 price tag is appropriate for the survivor/zombivor made from that cheapo plastic. Unless they're character minis that grab me enough to elevate their worth, like a Howard, Raj, Penny, and Bernadette or Amy to round out the Big Bang cast into the ideal 6 for a themed game.

FWIW, Howard is already a S2 promo and Amy is already a contest prize, so don't expect to see either in S3.

Doh! Got confuzzled between Howard and Leonard.
I do like the notion of the themed groups enough to want to see that done. The Big Bangers rounded out would be spiffing. Proxies of a not-Buffy/Angel crew and the Scooby Doo team can be knocked up with minis from Hasslefree and the like but then need to get a duplicate set to convert for Zombivor versions, a zombicide boxed set could get me to part with some monies. Just more one-off survivors wouldn't. Probably. Unless they're of such a cool character I couldn't resist.

Yes, and don't really care if they add a few $10 survivors, as they are optional and will help boost the total KS value up so that they add more content to the box.

I'm pretty certain that beyond the initial stretch goals the additional money from optionals didn't go into adding to the boxes in either of the previous KSs.

I think grefven is talking about the total amount pledged toward the campaign. People adding $10 per extra survivor drives up the total pledged which tends to lead to more stretch goals being unlocked beyond promo survivors.

The things that add to the retail box tend to be near the start of the campaign, though, and most of the $10 optionals come towards the end, so, by the time most of the $10 optionals are being rolled out, all the early stretch goals that add value to the retail box are way past reached.

Of course we can't get too much free stuff, but even so, the optional add-ons contributed to the freebies, which is a good thing. Buy them if you want, otherwise don't, but hope for freebies thanks to those pledging.

grefven, did you mean things that add to the retail box(es) (which is what I took your "more content to the box")?

Because, if so, then all of that (which was only the new sculpts, the skull trackers, and the 1st player skull) was unlocked over $100K before the first paid for Survivor (Dakota) appeared.

Yeah, pretty much. More content as more zombies, different poses, etc. Obviously, with 9000 backers freebies can become a major cost. But the higher we go the better deal it has the potential to be. This discussion has been had so many times already that it is just repeating what others have said before, but in my opionion, the bottom line is that if something is optional, you have the choice to add it or not. If you do not want it, then don't add it. If people want it, then let them have it. Obviously there is a market for it.

What want I for the next season(s)
- I would prefer other kind of exclusives system, like making a normal version of the mini and a exclusive alternate version which they sell extra.
- I would like to see alternate poses versions of the Season 1 and 2 KS from the exclusive minis, sold as KS 1 and KS 2 package.
- few Rules changes, I still do not like the Target Priority System. It should be dangerous to shoot into a fight with survivors, but not murderous. And I don't want to driver several times over the survivors until I can drive over the Zombies. Humans still do know the concept of jumping away, but not zombies.
- I would like to see an exclusive Hardcover Book with all the rules and (Web-)Scenarios for all 3 seasons.
- I want to see a complete Big Bang Theory Cast Squad.
- A crossover with mantic Mars Attack Humans as Zombivors.
- I would like to see rockers and gang teams, kids, grandpa in a wheelchair with a shotgun, a bicycle driver
- I want a survivor/Zombivor with a Lawn Mower. :)
- get a S/Z-version of a not-Scooby Doo-Team, not-Buffy/Angel crew, not-Elvis Presley, not-Stan Lee, not-Ninja Turtles, not-Walking Dead Survivors and more... :) (I know Hasslefree has many of them, but I want also Zombivor versions, I love to paint Survivors and their Zombivor Counterparts.)
- different map tiles with different Zombies or Survivors or survivors for this place:
.a Army base with Soldiers (and 1 or 2 full modern US Army Squad(s))
.grave yard with church or monastery with Priest, Nuns and monks
.Hospital with Patients, Doctors (incl. surgeons and others) and Nursing Stuff, as Zombies, Survivors and Zombivors
.same with School (different versions, elementary school and high school) with Kids and Teenagers
.a Park
- scenarios which use both sides of the map tiles, so the extra packs of Map Tiles would be nice.
- I would also like to see more Campaign Rules and some Campaigns

"yes, but no more $10 survivors"

I would even like to get 40 Survivors and Zombivors. And if you check the Designer Note: Zombicide Season 3: Going Competitive it would be a higher chance to lot of more Survivors.

But I must say I liked to paint all survivors.

Obviously, with 9000 backers freebies can become a major cost.

No it doesn't become a majore costs, after they got the molds from us paid, making the minis will come out of the molds very cheap.

The production cost for a $10 Survivor/Zombivor Set will under $1 (or even under $0.5). So with the $9 they need to pay the mold and earn money. And if only 6000 of the 9000 Backers get one of $10 set, there will be $54.000 for the mold, earn some money and use still lot of money to use it for molds and casting of freebies. Plastic/PVC-Molds can be very expensive, but I do not think they will cost lot of more than few thousands for this kind of quality. (I would like to know if someone knows real prices and could provide them...)

There is a reason why Reaper could throw at the backers so much free minis for $100 in the first campaign and even in the 2nd campaign. But I think the soft plastic version is little more expensive that the Bones, because it is a harder version, but still very cheap.

There is no reason to wait for Rivet Wars out of the door or any other KS shipment. CMON always made it clear that they have different teams for different products. So it make no difference.

Personally I hope for End of June and a running time of 45 days. So my credit card can recover from the shock of the last kickstarters.

I have absolutely zero interest in a Zombicide Season 3. We already have 3 box sets here (S1, S2, TCM) and there's more casual gaming available in those three boxes than I could ever need.

With all the other games in this house now - Rivet Wars, Memoir '44, Dungeon Dice, Dungeon Roll, Zombie Dice, Walk the Plank, Dreadball, Dwarven Miner, Myth, Eminent Domain, Deck of Thieves, etc etc etc - I don't see me throwing another $150+ at "the same game with a few variations".
