Yes, the trouble is that terrorism is usually a symptom of social trouble and conflicting belief systems.
This makes it virtually impossible to win the \'war\' using force of arms*, you kill one terrorist and suddenly you make his brother, son etc into a terrorist.
No, fighting isn\'t usually the answer to these things, you need to address the core problems.
What amazes me is how many of these terrorist groups are religous, which is odd considering most religions consider killing people to be bad... ???
*the only way to be sure is to kill the terrorist, his family, and everyone he knows...
Cue Sarcasm: Good point! I guess if we send over an ambassador or two Osama and co. will come and talk over why they did such a thing.
But honestly, how do you stop a terrorist? With no fighting they\'ll say that the victim is afraid, and will keep the terrorist attacks, with fighting at least their head honchos get captured and killed, leaving those young, confused muslims without a terrorist leader. THAT\'S when the westerners and such need to send in leaders who can show the right path.
And my condolences and prayers go out to those victims, their families, and everyone touched by this terrible occurence.
