Well, I noticed Oslo, Norway, ranked at 24... kind of surprised by that actually... I guess the fact that we have low crime, high income, excellent social security, healthy environment, plenty of food, low unemployment, great education (free), great health care and high life expectancy is a bad thing... it must be based on something else... oh, I see... we have expensive alcohol... I KNEW there was a reason for the 24th place

Seriously, though... Norway really isn´t bad... most would probably complain about the cold winters, but with global warming, in a few years, that is not even going to be an issue. So move now, before the rest of the world catches on ! :drunk:
