The UK has one of the lowest suicide rate but we have the highest deaths from Heart attack/alcohol related death.

Well, I noticed Oslo, Norway, ranked at 24... kind of surprised by that actually... I guess the fact that we have low crime, high income, excellent social security, healthy environment, plenty of food, low unemployment, great education (free), great health care and high life expectancy is a bad thing... it must be based on something else... oh, I see... we have expensive alcohol... I KNEW there was a reason for the 24th place Seriously, though... Norway really isn´t bad... most would probably complain about the cold winters, but with global warming, in a few years, that is not even going to be an issue. So move now, before the rest of the world catches on ! :drunk:

We had a pretty cold winter this year in the UK, seems more like climate change rather than global warming at the moment
Nah wasn\'t that bad in only parts, worst winter was 1980/81.
Temps of -16C and my facial hair froze up walking the dog.

i was disappointed by dublin. very expensive and i didn\'t actually meet an irish person till the second day of the hol, they were all eastern european! also i found them to be quite racist (with regards to the english).
LOVED edingurgh, and would be tempted to move if i weren\'t english (same prob as dublin)
i like cardiff tbh, it\'s a reasonable size but feels like a big town. close to some nice country and coast. cost of living is pretty ok too (except for the ncp car parks!)
if not, it would be the north coast of the sw, noth devon or cornwall, probably somewhere near barnstable. adie could teach me how to paint!
