sorry it\'s in italian but i can\'t found it on other online stores...

20 euros for a printed plastic sheet... :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

i just bought a towel for my kitchen made with the same material and printed with a complex pattern... 1,20 euros for 160x120

I can understand miniature cost rising (materials improved and so on...)

but... 20 euros for a towel of plastic... (if you pass your finger repetetly on a point the colours come off, tested at local store, so the fouls who wanna buy it are warned)

Its like 4x6 feet though isnt it? Not that Im justifying the price but its pretty large isn\'t it.

Id be curious to see more info on it. I think I read in the current WD the price here will be $15-20.00 for it.

If I had to draw paint that much detail on a 4x6 foot sheet, my time is worth a heck of a lot more than $20.00

No kidding.. it was probaly made in China for .50 cents..my point is \"WHAT IS YOUR TIME WORTH\" If you havnt a thing to do and hours and hours of time to waste drawing your own.. go right ahead. but The 15-20 bucks it might cost me if I were to buy it far out weighs the minimal price.

Just because something is made in a factory doesnt mean it should be cheap.. if you use that logic they should be giving away things like TV\'s and washingmachines and cars.. I could use a new HD widescreen.. but I don\'t expect anyone to give me one cheap cause its made in a factory.

Supply and demand. If people will pay that much, it is worth that much. Let the marketplace decide!!

dont forget the new price hike for GW canada....seems most the boxed sets that were 35$ that went to 40$ are now going to be 45$ and most other stuff is goung up by 5$ as well

GreenOne: I recommend getting a flocky battlemat from a model train store. I got one from Dominoes (probably only exist in England :rolleyes: ) 1.5mx1.5m for 5 quid. That\'s five GBP, 10.2629 CAD for you Canadian :p

Exactly! And sometimes \"the market\" discovers it\'s own stupidity and things go down the toilet! It\'s happened several times and will likely happen again. (The famous Dutch tulip crash is perhaps the first recorded market crash and the IT/Telecom crisis a couple of years ago was the most recent)

Very true. We could come to a debate on whether a well-painted mini is worth over $1000... but that should probably go on a new thread :p :innocent:

The stuff with \'Gw mega hipers-super brushes for professionals\'(for 150$ and they are a total crap like the rest of citadel brushes) was insane but this is just funny :D
I know that posting on GW forums won\'t help - but maybe we should try like 100 people posting and posting every day :D
If they delete our posts then ctrl+c and ctrl+v and again :D
Like an Italian walkout :D

Either way GW wouldn\'t take a note of it ;)

As for the production - GW has only their \'factories\' in USA and GB (as far as I know) - just to avoid double taxing...

Hope they won\'t start selling pre-painted minis ...

Exactly what I was going to say. If people are willing to pay 20 Euros for it, then that\'s what it\'s worth. Noone\'s forcing you to buy their crap, so stop complaining. If GW sets its prices too high or too low it\'s only going to harm them in the end. DVDs also cost practically nothing to produce but often sell for 20 dollars or more.

Oh and I\'m surprised Ebonbudda wrote something more than \"drink!\" in a thread about GW lol
