no with international businesses it doesn\'t have to come from the \"head\" office. and in any event they have to follow local laws for the local distributors. ie anti-trust laws.
so since your statement that UK bitz sellers have not been targetted it seems to be a local phenomena and more than likely a decision made by the US part of the company rather than the \"head\" office, else all countries bitz sellers would have been given the same notice such as happened with the online sale of the boxed sets and blisters.
and english is read from left to right, top to bottom. as you can note from other posts, a reply comes after what is being replied to. this not only helps identify properly what you are replying to in the case of multiple replies to multiple quotes, but puts things in a more logical order when reading.
