Its been a while since I posted any \"work\" in the forums so figured I\'d give it a go.
You\'ll have to forgive me for the lighting, no matter which lgiht within my house I use they all come out too yellowy and dark, and this was the best I could manage (combination overcast window light and halogen light from the other side).
This is probably going to be my first completed Rackham mini (I have another which I started, but didn\'t like comepletely and its collecting dust

). Its also my first attempt at OSL. Probably shouldn\'t have tried something so advanced considering my skill level, but for a first try, I\'m reasonably pleased.
Another thing I tried, which I\'m really liking the effect of, was that for all areas of the machine (asides from metal) I started with a darkeer base and highlighted up to codex grey, which is giving it a really creepy look which I\'m liking ot this point.
The wood still needs a layer or two of highlights and then on to the metals (oh joy!

)
Anyways, enough rambling, onto the pictures, and sorry again about the lighting.
Edit: Managed to shoot a picture by overcast light only (it was awkward) so I updated the main pic. Still crappy, but not as bad.
Edit Edit: Ooh, I\'m finally starting to figure out how the hell the image enhancing stuff on my cheap Photoshop imitation works
