Bearer of Words
Nothing fancy here, just some paint on a conversion I posted earlier this year (pic 217071). As this guy is a standard bearer, I really wanted to emphasize a quasi-religious, fanatical crusading force of chaos undivided, roaming the world to convert or kill… In the WH40K universe, this is brilliantly reflected by the fanatical Word Bearers so this was the style I wanted to do at first, but got the impression that a crimson armour etc. would make the mini look a cheap rip-off. So I went for a more traditional colour scheme of chaos undivided; Red, gunmetal, horn/bone and a lot of black…. Hope you like him; Your comments are most appreciated!
