Heavily converted Avatar - Mutiple Golden Demon Loser

I modified this mini to more closely resemble the Jes Goodwin sketch from WD 127. Specifically: - Removed the tabard, and added a codpiece in the style of the rest of the armor. - Swtiched the sword to the opposite hand and sculpted a replacement onto the right. - Added a fur mantle and cape. The back of the cape is decorated with bleeding runes and subtle grey vines. It is next to impossible to see, but the inside of the cape is a starscape. - Filed off the rune details on the head and added detailing shown in the Jes Goodwin sketch. - Its difficult to see without a direct comparison, but the stance has been widened and lowered. I wanted to give the "hauling off for a big power stroke" action look. I dont think I exactly got the effect I wanted. - Lastly, I added a big ugly cabbage for a top-knot just to polarize opionions. Seriously, it wasnt intended to be crap (and I dont think the photo really shows it well) but a number of people below have graciously pointed out that it doesnt appear to be congruous with the rest of the mini. The cape is made out of rolled Miliput, and the new right hand, mantle, and other details are all all green-stuff. I need to get around to re-basing him on a round base - I never did like square bases in 40k.

Great work! Since minis are usually viewed from some angle above for at least a while, I'd think that old cabbage-head here could remain cabbaged.. Instead of the power stroke look, it almost looks like an "It's you I'm after" kinda thing. Awesome!
