This was a real big progression for me and my painting techniques. I tried some more complicated shading with opposing colors (shading red with green or blue with orange) as well as some cool stuff with glazing for the glass bottles. I was really happy with the glass so I blew it up for this pic. I also committed myself to a number of different NMM surfaces and materials. The dull steel of the armor plates I feel looks rather nice as well as the gun barrel and banner pole. Overall I am very happy with the results I got and I feel it is somewhat reminiscient of the older Rackham paintjobs while not being nearly as good :)
