Same Spartan... new photo attempt

Hi... back home now and i fiddled a bit with photo shop on the photo of my spartan. i think this is better but either the photo ends up a bit hazy like here or too sharp, like the old one. any ideas on that? please write a comment and help a curious man! ps this is the old one by the way... http://www.coolminiornot.com/?id=50456
