This is a limited edition Foundry nymph that my wife sarcastically refers to as "the pole dancer". Its a bit more naked than I prefer for my model collection but it was a useful study in painting soft skin-tone (albeit blue-grey skin :) I thought about going wild with tattoo details but it felt a bit cliche' for this type of figure and out of place. Just because you've got a lot of open flesh doesn't mean you should fill it with detail because you know how to :) At any rate, I am pleased with it.

Good job, though the grey skin tone makes her look like a (very fresh) zombie to me. And since people's nipples match their skin, maybe hers should be blue or green instead of bright pink? Oh yeah, and the flowers are excellent :)

I agree with NinjaTango. Why do we beat ourselves up over nudity? IMO it's a damn sight harder to paint flesh convincingly than. say 'power armour' or other such foolery. I understand some of the great and good wanted to put Y fronts on Michaelangelo's 'David' recently. God help us!

Nice. I love the fig (back to that 'nakedness in minis' thing again). She is a nymph after all...the epitome of natural beauty...as suck clothing would be both unecessary, & sily. He skin tone is cool...maybe a tad brighter highlights on the extremes, & some more shadow on the light moon crescent. Where can I get one? ;) Why is gore or blood on a mini ok, but nudity isn't?
