I made the harpoon too :)

Gandalf, I mixed the ink with the resin, and painted the sea floor blue beforehand. Feel free to PM me as you do your project, I learned a lot about resin on this project.

Speaking of Robot Witch, i decided to modify the big eyebulb thing into one of those nurgley eye shield deals. What do you guys think?

Now it works, and I like it. The cogs on the book, are those your addition also? CMoN would probably have replaced the model for you, but this is in many ways a much better option.

Cogs on the book are mine. I bet CMON would have replaced a bad cast, but I got a "Super Deal" on this one from e-bay...

WGS, I sculpted a strap and it came out pretty good, but a little too bulky. I can't quite shake this cold or series of colds, or whatever, but when I do I will try it again and just sculpt it right on to her head. I did get a set of small sculpting tools for x-mas and the are a big improvement over my x-acto knife and dental pick that I have been using up to now. Just need to get the cold medicine out of my system so my hands will quit shaking.

Boobs, right? I didn't think they were going to be such a major feature of this mini from here picture but when I got the model here I realized how prominent they are. Since she doesn't have a face they are going to be a big part of the focus on this mini.

Here is a wip shot on here base. The clear plastic detergent bottle top is going to be here plinth but it will be all cracked open exposing my little pile of gears. So the gears go inside the plastic bit which will all get painted.

I noticed the dismantled watch on the desk...did you rip into it from it dieing or bought it broken?

I'm excited to see how wonderful this turns out.

very impressive water effect mate! i have also done mine but have loads of loads of sanding in front of me. this make me regret i didnt color the effect though but for my project it turned out impossible.

Thanks Skel, Can't wait to see yours! It was a learning experience for sure. If I do a big cast like this again I am going to try and find a way to do it in one pour and maybe make a silicon mold. The plexiglas worked pretty good but there were some big chunks torn out.
