The standard rule of thumb I use for converting nominal scales is:
fractional scale base x size in mm = 1800
So, for example 1/20 scale is 90mm, 200mm is 1/9, 75mm is 1/24
It's pretty reliable for nominal scale.
This would mean that your 80mm girls would require a 1/(22.5) scale.
Your 1/24 car will be a bit small and 1/20 car a bit large.
Somehow, I think even an avid auto modeller might not notice the car
