The orange would work well if you could get a bit of it into the eyes, pink would tie in well with the nipples. It's just a matter of tying the hair color into the rest of mini unless the hair is meant to be a focal point, but that could be too much of contrast if that color isn't anywhere else on the mini, right?

Was a little too blinding A friend of mine wants me to paint his Racing helmet for breast cancer awareness. That's the color of the ribbons. This kit has kinda been a test subject for the colors he is wanting used.

New hair almost finished though:

Now to finish her eyes and she should be about done.

OK so i was trying to finish her today but that isnt going to happen. But she is 90% done. Just got to finish the horns i forgot about and do the touch ups, which aren't many at this point.

For some reason i was having trouble with her eyes. Not that it was the model's fault but her eye shapes kinda vanish into her face. Anyhoo i started using orange. The pics make it her kinda spooky looking:

After redoing them about 5 times i gave up and started practicing my AoE skills, since it is being re released. After the first game my Girl comes home and i show her what i was doing and she made a color suggestion that just made it all fall into place. Simple but effective i think.

Eye's look cool, horns need to be different colour than normal to tie in with the cool colour scheme

Over all this has been a nice fun model and i started it to practice my skin shading with different colors. I do plan on buying another of these just to convert her up a ton and try some new skin techniques in other colors. One of the things i would change on the new model would be the horns. I'd either leave them off completley or sculpt something different. they kinda look like yak horns. Time to try and make some lemon-aid.

I didn't want anything crazy but i wanted people to notice them. Why you may ask? Dunno. Go with it.
