One of the best things about this place is that it proves you can have a relatively functional anarchy (at least on this level). We almost completely lack rules, however socially constructed etiquetes have kept order and for the most part dealt with any troubles that may have popped up.

It\'s pretty impresive from a political science perspective about how conflict resolution has been dealt with in this place. And this constant discussion and redefinition of what is acceptable or not seems key to its continued (relatively) smooth running.

Mr Bon....Try switching your pop-up blocker off, or allowing CMON to have pop-ups. Unfortunately the PM system utilises the pop-up protocol. Hope this helps

I know that sometimes I have to log in for the forums even though I am logged into the main site.Maybe you are the other way around.Check you are logged in?
I know this sounds daft but sometimes it is the simplest thing thats wrong.

I get that message all the time. It\'s because I have to log in separately to moderate comments, as myself (finn17) and again as finn18 if I need to acccess moderator options. So............try logging out and logging back in again? Don\'t forget pop-up warnings still apply

I have the pop up blocker on and it only stops the auction/news pop up.
I still get the \"you have 1 new message\" in the top right.

It\'s not the login problem. I don\'t receive notification mails of new comments, posts, replies etc either.
