I'll pass on the compliments, pretty sure he's never made anything like it before and that knowing I'm not the only one who finds it awesome has to be a confidence booster.

Did some work on the ogre tonight, mostly on skin and edges of stuff:

She looks great! I really like how her dress is highlighted near her hips. That, along with the bouquet, and her eyes, really work to move the view around the piece. Was that something you had planned from the beginning?

Thanks all! Creepy dollthing was good fun.

The ogre progresses! Though...it might not look like it. I keep painting over stuff after I realized that I hate it (most recently, the clothing). Currently trying to figure out what color the hair should be. I am getting to be happy with her skin, tried out some scars tonight.







I'm a big Elder Scrolls fan, and I liked Skyrim's treatment of the eyes, with the elves and orcs having dark sclera, so the "whites" are gonna stay dark, I think.
