I definitely like more the new version ^^.
Those terrain modifications that you made seem to bind the mini with the base a much more than before. Now everything on the base looks more humid, like if it was dampened terrain after a few days rain.
Banner is more appealing than the scared human hero.
The new horns seem more "real" now at least comparing them with the skin tone they are way more related.

Voted on all your recent submissions. I love the skin on your Ogre and the tattoos are a nice touch. And I just realized that I'm currently painting the model from the start of your WIP thread, elephant man is such a neat mini.

As usual and so consistent in quality SkelettetS is delivering some amazing paintjob. Thank you for sharing, great source of inspiration over the years on this forum!

youre going to give him a big head! There I was at Salute, stuck between the giants of the painting world, Sproket, Skel, Andy then little old 10 ball trailing in the shadows..........
but I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next....... mohahahahaha........... mohahahahaha.........mohahahahaha

Ten if you knew how many people, including myself, consider you a peer with those painting giants, well...then you'd know how many look up to you. All you have to do is read through the WIPs and see that a lot of painters say things like "I've been studying how painters like SkeletettS, Sprocket, AndyG, Tenball..." Look at how many have subscribed to your thread. If I could even be mentioned in the same breath as you lot Id consider myself very accomplished.

Anyway, now I've given you a big head, Lee:)

i agree though, its a mini hard to 'read' and another good example of me overdoing stuff :)

I don't think you overdo stuff. (Unless it's chest infections of course!)

Naughty boy! Sin Bin for you.

Ah, good! DR is doing his job then...Also happy that you were able to see my comments before DR unceremoniously discarded them! Awesome...

I think that the Nurgle rider would have been tough to photograph because with so many details they could easily go out of focus. Question: Those chaos shields that you free handed, did you file away the spikes an raised surfaces on them first so you could have a flat canvas?
