No no my good man , Gibbons are part of the great ape family Any reason to rub it in!
I\'d like to clear up that ,no, apes do not have tails.
BUT
Most monkeys have visible tails, though they all still do have tails! Albeit a stubby bit of bone sometimes.
We have \"tailbones\", we\'s like the monkeys . I share Jahs\' view about apes though, if they took over we\'d all be stoners....Man that sounds so appealing right now at work.
Gibbons are not part of the great ape family, they are lesser apes.
Oh, and if the apes did rule we would not all me mellowed out or anything, if the chimps had any say. They\'re vicious creatures at times.
