lets see if I can dig out some pics...

One of Simon and Nick..

And one of me after I\'d washed off the blood and gore

Unfortunately they were very strict about on set pics,so I haven\'t any full make up jobs :(

I must admit since, I certainly see \'don\'t stop me now\' in a completely different and disturbing new light :)

I\'ll look out for the t shirt as I\'m sure you didn\'t exactly look like that in the film :D

And guess what song is going round and round in my head now?

Harry Secombe still drinks at my local, or at least his double does...otherwise Sir Harry looks VERY good for a corpse. What a guy though.

Avelorn

Sven Jonsson
I know a few swedish artists.. I\'ve made short movies with a few wellknown swedish actors. But I guess name-dropping won\'t take me far.. :)

The only one I can think of that somebody of you non-swedes maybe know Is Dennis Lyxzén, he was the front man of Refused and plays in the band International noise conspiracy. Well I know him from mutual friends.

You win with these!

-Okay, before my time so I didn\'t ever know him, but my Grandma\'s cousin was married to Clement Clarke Moore
-I went to high school with the guys from \"Color Me Bad\" -as if anyone still remembers them.
-I once met Rosie Greer in an airport. My dad walked up to him and said \"Pleasure to meet you Mr. Greer. I never actually saw you play football, but I liked what you had to say at the 1968 Democratic Convention.\" I like to think he remembered that opening line.
-Oh, and I went to university where Carl Sagan was on faculty and met and spoke with him a couple of times.

you too, Gin? (forgetful?)

When my oldest was much younger, she broke her arm near her wrist. We went to the airshow and saw Patty Wagstaff (woman stunt pilot) do her routine and then met her as she came from the plane.

Jen asked Patty if she would sign her cast. Not only did she sign, but she got nearly all of the other pilots to come sign her cast too: The Red Baron\'s show team, the Blue Angles, and several others. Very nice people - all.

I wish we had kept that cast, but by the time that she had it cut off, it was smelly and needed to go in the trash.

Ooo! Ooo! Well, you can count me, too, then Vikey. :D I\'m in one of the crowds in \"Slapshot\". They filmed many of the games in the movie at the War Memorial here. Odd though. Love the movie. Have watched it many times. Never successfully picked myself and frineds out in the crowds though. Just know we\'re in there somewhere.

OK...here\'s mine

As an altar boy, served Communion to a veiled woman in black on the 10th anniv of JFK\'s assassination. Jackie lifted her veil
and winked at me. JFK Jr. and Caroline were with her. Very cool...

Personal friends with Bob Crais, writer of the popular Elvis Cole detective novels. An absolutley great guy.

Was run into, literally, by Bruce Willis at a deli in the Wall Street area while he was filming Die Hard 3. Very apologetic was he.
Shorter than I would have figured.

Had an amazing chat with Len Dawson, ( retired quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs and a Super Bowl MVP ) while flying from KC to Newark. 3 hours of nothing but American Pro and College football. Great guy.

Saw Tina Turner ( she\'s tiny....) at the Zurich International Airport. Chatted with her for about 20 minutes. Told her my wife was a huge fan...she kissed me on the cheek when she left. She was an absolute doll...and she really does have a fantastic pair of legs....

Ran into director Spike Lee on the streets of Soho. Seemed stuck on himself.

Met David Hasselhoff ( during the Knightrider days ) with my kids at FAO Schwarz in Manhattan.

Met James Gandolfini ( Sopranos ) at an Italian deli in Livingston, NJ. Very charismatic.

Met Al Gore at Harvard commencement in the early 90\'s. Personality of a dial tone....

Met singer/songwriter Dan Fogelberg at O\'Hare airport in the 80\'s. He was surprised I recognized him. Tremendous charisma, wickedly talented. Dying of cancer right now, sadly....

Rode in an elevator with Dustin Hoffman in NYC once. Very short guy.

Saw Michael Jordan at Grand Central Station. Not a very short guy.....there was just this aura around the guy. Kind of amazing.

Saw Vanessa Williams at the Short Hills Mall once. You can have Halle Berry....Vanessa was jaw droppingingly, stunningly beautiful.

Got into a cab that Derek Jeter of the NY Yankees was exitting. Million dollar smile.
Very comfortable with his own celebrity.

and...

Chatted with William L. Petersen ( CSI ) back in the early 90\'s at a bar. Back then, you would have only known him from \"To Live and Die in LA, \"Cousins\" or \"Manhunter\". Seemed quite pleased someone knew who he was...He doesn\'t have that problem anymore, I am sure.

lol Doesn\'t that bring us back to the infamous: \"Gee, he was such a nice, quiet, polite man. Who would\'ve ever suspected he\'d have a freezer full of body parts.\" :D

\"Knowing someone\" takes all the mystique out of it. Far better to pass them on the street and stare with in open admiration than to know them well enough to see them in their undies. ??? Wait a minute, that\'s a vision I could have live with ...several come to mind..hum..m..mmm. lol

Hmmm...

I`ve had Ollie North over to my house for dinner.....

My Wife is a big sports nut and has us invited to play golf and and stuff with Tony Kornheiser and other sports figures from ESPN`s PTI sometime during the first week of August....

The 2 of us know alot of sports figures that we went to school with. I graduated with Dre Bly who won a super bowl with the Rams. And she used to tutor Alonzo Mourning in school....
