Dragons Don't Share!

Hi, This is Reaper's Dragons Don't Share- it's a repost with better pics showing the dragon and a cloes-up of the treasure hoard. The dragon is called Nathavar. He's go a huge pile of tresure- which took ages to paint! There is a dwarf that is trying to steal his treasure so Nathavar is not amused! I painted the dragon up as a fire dragon- sort of volcanic colours really- hes turned out more yellow than I had first planned, but never mind! Comments always welcome! Kat

I can't count the number of times the colors of a finished mini of mine was completely different than what I have originally intended, but they always seem to turn out good, just like your dragon. I painted this one last December and that treasure was a real pain to paint. Great job!!

The reverse shading on the scaly skin just makes it look too hot for anything less than a niner! ;-)

This is lovely. Such a big project also. The dragon does have alot of yellow, but it also helps convey the 'heat' of the fire dragon. Nice work!!
